Traditional Chinese Medicine is a complete medical system that has originated in China for more than 3000 years. TCM practices include acupuncture, herbology, tui na massage, qi gong, tai chi and nutritional therapy. The aim of TCM is to prevent disease and restore bodily balance by promoting qi flow through acupuncture, herbs, exercise and correct eating habits.
Acupuncture and herbs are widely used today in the West as a complimentary therapy to Western medicine. It's a safe and effective therapy for various neurological and internal organ dysfunctions.
